At BibigoUSA, we strive for perfection in every bite, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on non-perishable items. Please note that due to food safety regulations, perishable goods cannot be returned once delivered.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via the online portal or email with your order number and the reason for the return.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label for eligible items.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the box.
Processing and Refund
After we receive and inspect your returned items, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
